First HKC in Salt Lake City

The first Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification (HKC) was presented on Saturday, October 20th at CrossfitNRG.  It was attended by thirteen HKC hopefuls.  Andrea Chang of Seattle and Zar Horton of Albuquerque were the certifying trainers representing the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC).  There were 12 applicants from the Salt Lake area and one from Boise, Idaho.  It was an all day affair lasting from 8am to 6pm.  The day included learning, practicing, and testing the Kettlebell Swing, the Goblet Squat and the...
